DCF Chalk Bag — Pushing the limits of lightweight durability.

The popular “transparent chalk bag” has been reborn using a new material: DCF.
Guided by CXM’s philosophy of creating products built to last, we focused on DCF for its exceptional durability far beyond conventional materials. Combining astonishing lightness with outstanding tear resistance, this fabric provides long-term reliability as true performance gear.

What is DCF?
DCF (33g/m2 = 1.0oz) is a composite fabric made from ultra-high-strength polyethylene fibers. These fibers are approximately 15 times stronger than steel at the same weight ratio, while remaining so lightweight that they can float on water due to their density being under 1.0.
The fibers are arranged into a sheet structure and coated on both sides with polyester resin to create a non-woven composite fabric. Despite its incredibly light weight of only approximately 33g/m2, it offers best-in-class tear and tensile strength.
DCF is waterproof, does not absorb moisture, resists UV damage, and does not deteriorate through repeated flexing. With a water resistance rating exceeding 10,000mm, it is considered one of the strongest and lightest performance fabrics in the world.

Because DCF is an extremely premium material, we carefully refined every detail of the pattern and sizing to minimize fabric waste. The result is a minimal yet highly functional form that fully maximizes the unique potential of the material while eliminating all unnecessary elements.

The bucket style weighs less than three Pineapple Candies, while the waist style weighs less than five. Its overwhelming lightness is something you can instantly feel the moment you pick it up.

Waterproof glue is applied along the seams to improve water resistance. In addition to keeping chalk dry, it can also handle small amounts of moisture during use.
*If the waterproof performance decreases over time, it can be restored using waterproof repair glue designed for tents.
